Wound Care Specialist – Rockport Office
Kim Metcalf is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse with over 27 years of nursing experience, the majority of which has been devoted to wound care. For the past 10 years, she has held national certification in wound and ostomy care and is passionate about helping patients heal comfortably and effectively.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine in Orono and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Husson University. Her deep clinical expertise and compassionate approach make her a trusted provider for patients with complex and chronic wounds.
Kim is currently accepting new patients at our Rockport office, where she provides advanced wound care treatment Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Sam Cohen, PA-C

For many years, Sam Cohen, PA-C has been an incredibly valued member of the Camden Dermatology & Mohs Surgery family. Since joining our practice in 2019, Sam has cared for countless patients with compassion, kindness, and dedication. His calm presence, thoughtful approach to patient care, and commitment to our community have made a lasting impact on both our patients and our staff.
Recently, Sam and his family received devastating medical news and he is currently facing a very serious health challenge. Due to his condition and ongoing treatment, Sam is no longer able to work while he focuses on his health and spending time with his wife and three young children.
This has been an incredibly difficult time for the Cohen family, and many of our patients and community members have asked how they can help support them during this time.
