Kim Metcalf is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse with over 27 years of nursing experience, the majority of which has been devoted to wound care. For the past 10 years, she has held national certification in wound and ostomy care and is passionate about helping patients heal comfortably and effectively.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine in Orono and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Husson University. Her deep clinical expertise and compassionate approach make her a trusted provider for patients with complex and chronic wounds.
Kim is currently accepting new patients at our Rockport office, where she provides advanced wound care treatment Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Sam Cohen, PA-C

We are deeply saddened to share Charles “Sam” Cohen, PA-C, passed away on Thursday morning, July 9th, following a courageous nine-month battle with glioblastoma.
Sam first joined Camden Dermatology in November 2019. Over the last six years, he demonstrated immense dedication and made invaluable contributions to our practice, particularly through the exceptional and compassionate care he provided to our patients. His presence in our clinics will be deeply missed by colleagues and patients alike.
In his memory, Sam asked that we carry his spirit of kindness forward. He expressed his hope that his legacy would encourage everyone to offer others the same generosity, empathy, and care that he and his family received throughout his difficult journey.
Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathies remain with his beloved wife, Mary Laculli, and his three children, Eila, Isaac, and Silas, as well as his entire extended family during this exceptionally challenging time.
