New versus Established Patients 

If you have seen Dr. Lavigne within the last 3 years, you would be considered an established patient. Please confirm with your insurance company if a new referral is indicated as these may need to be updated on an annual basis. 

Camden Dermatology & Mohs Surgery is  currently accepting new general dermatology patients for Mr. Sam Cohen, PA-C in our Scarborough office

With close to 12 years of dermatology experience, Sam Cohen, PA-C cares for general dermatology patients in Scarborough on Monday from 8:30am-4pm, and from 9am- 2:30 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Mr. Cohen & Dr. Lavigne work very closely together in a collaborative manner to ensure that we are meeting our commitment to the highest possible quality of care.

Dr. Lavigne is only accepting new referrals for Mohs surgery, excisional surgery and remains available for specialty consultations as indicated by severity of condition in conjunction with appropriate referral request by patient's physician or other medical provider.
